Dr.-Ing. Ralf Feierabend

founded ConMoto in Munich in 1990. He is the managing shareholder of the ConMoto Consulting Group and the Chairman of the Board.

He is an expert in strategy, technology management, process optimisation and restructuring. Before founding ConMoto he worked for Robert Bosch GmbH, Stuttgart, from 1980 to 1986 in various executive positions.

From 1987 to 1990 he was the Director of Logistics at Bosch Siemens Hausgeräte GmbH in Munich.

Prof. Dr.-Ing. Andreas R. Voegele

is a managing shareholder of ConMoto Consulting Group GmbH and the Chief Executive Officer of the Austrian subsidiary.

He is an expert in purchasing / procurement excellence, supply network management / logistics as well as research and development. Prof. Voegele gives numerous lectures on these issues and has issued various publications. Previously Prof. Voegele spent over eleven years at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants as a Senior Partner and Head of the Competence Center Operations Strategy, as well as six years at Andreas Stihl as the Head of the Material Management Planning department and worldwide purchasing coordination. He has been a member of the BME (German Association of Materials, Management, Purchasing and Logistics) National Board since 1992 and won the BME Innovation Award together with a client in 1994. Since 1999 Prof. Voegele has been a lecturer at the Graduate School of the Hochschule Esslingen, at the Donau-Universität Krems, the Philipps-Universität Marburg and the Hamburg School of Logistics. To honour his many years of outstanding voluntary commitment he received the Honorary Certificate of the BME in 2004. Since 2006 he has been an Honorary Professor of the Hochschule Esslingen and since 2009 he has been the Chairman of the Industry Supervisory Board of the Graduate School.

Dr. rer. pol. Leonhard Weck

is a managing shareholder of ConMoto Consulting Group GmbH as well as the Chief Executive Officer of the subsidiary ConMoto Strategie und Realisierung GmbH.

After a twelve year career as an officer with various applications he spent two years at Bosch Siemens Hausgeräte GmbH in Munich and was responsible for brown goods logistics there. In 1990 he was one of the three member founding team of what is the ConMoto Consulting Group today. For three years he was involved in building up the company as a managing shareholder. In 1994 he founded the management consultancy Agamus Consult within the Otto Wolff von Amerongen Group of Companies and ran it as the managing shareholder until 2001. In 1997 he founded the Agamus subsidiary Growth Consulting Europe, a joint venture with an American management consultancy. In 2001, as a managing shareholder, he took over the running of Agamus Holding GmbH, which he founded. Under this company’s umbrella he founded and built up three companies in the data transaction and information logistics sectors. These companies include what is now Crossgate AG, which has become one of the largest data transaction platforms in the B2B sector. After the death of Otto Wolff von Amerongen, Dr. Weck left the group at the beginning of 2009 and since then he has taken a senior position at the ConMoto Consulting Group.
