The ConMoto Consulting Group GmbH and its subsidiary Agamus Consult Unternehmensberatung GmbH stand for effective improvement of structures and processes in all value creation areas. Our consultants realize sustainable enhancements in value for our customers.

ConMoto was founded by Dr.-Ing. Ralf Feierabend in 1990. The main consultancy focus was initially on production and logistics and has been expanded by the competence field procurement. Today, the projects of ConMoto concentrate on all areas of Operational Excellence.

ConMoto’s shareholders are directors and partners who are actively involved in the consultancy business. ConMoto is independent of banks, associations and of hardware and software producers.

Around 80 consultants with their high qualification and intensive professional experience work for ConMoto and Agamus. They are the guarantor for the acknowledged implementation strength and result-orientation in each project. The consultancy group is with its two German offices in Munich and Stuttgart, as well as the foreign offices in Bratislava, Shanghai, St. Gallen and Vienna, both in Germany and internationally, working for leading companies in all sectors.
